Booking arrangements

·        Classes are booked as a Course of classes, according to the dates listed on the pre-course information.

·        The Course of classes must be paid for in advance of the start of the course, or on the evening of the first class by arrangement.

·        If you wish to continue to attend a specific class, a deposit of £5 to retain your place should be paid in advance, preferably by the last class of the previous course.

·        If you are unable to attend over half the course of classes, or wish to attend for an occasional class in a course, I will endeavour to provide a place in a class, but it may not be at a particular level or a specific timeslot.

·        If you are unable to attend a class, it may be possible to attend another class to ‘catch up’. This should be pre-booked wherever possible.*

Class charges

·        Classes are charged according to the tariff on the class timetable. If you able to attend the complete course, the classes are charged at £8 per class.

·        Please pre-book absences (for holidays, etc) whenever possible. This should retain your place in that class timeslot. Thank you. See *

Class cancellation

·        If a class is cancelled by me, (due to illness or emergency commitment), I will refund the class fee of £8 for each class cancelled. There may be the option to ‘carry over’ the refund as a ‘deposit’ towards the next course of classes.

·        If a class has to be cancelled, I will endeavour to inform all class attendees prior to the class, and with as much advance notice as possible. Provision of your mobile phone number, and/or email address on your Enrolment Form would assist this process.

Customer Care Statement

·        I will endeavor to reply to email messages within 5 days.

·        I will endeavor to return telephone calls within 14 days.

·        I will endeavor to post information within 7 days. This may occasionally be dependent on booking confirmation.

·        I will endeavor to provide class information at least 2 weeks prior to the course start date.

·        The Enrolment Form that you complete will be kept secure and confidential. Legally, I must keep it for 6 years from the date of your last attendance.

·        The mobile phone message will be updated when I will be unavailable to reply to inquiries for more than 3 days due to holidays, etc.

·        Please check the mobile phone message for class updates in cases of severe weather or major road delays. I travel from Fareham, so there may be occasions of delay or last minute cancellations occasionally.
