Posture Workshop – Thank you to everyone that attended. We raised £100 in aid of The Sunbird Trust, supporting and facilitating projects set up by local people for the benefit of their local communities in India, Sri Lanka and Southern Africa.

· APOLOGY
I am apologising in advance for the occasional cancelled class that may occur during the next few weeks. Unfortunately, my NHS job is going through a significant change and there will be certain meetings that I will have to attend. I have 3 other colleagues going through the same process, and we are unable to dictate when these potential meetings may be held. I will contact everyone involved to ensure that you are only minimally inconvenienced. 2010 will be the beginning of a new start, and hopefully the classes will settle into the usual routine before then!
First cancelled date: Tuesday 10th November , Bosham classes.
